1. Go On A Diet

9. Beat Stress
Let’s face it. We are here at college to learn, and hopefully steer our lives in some sort of direction. The work from classes can cause a lot of stress. When we are stressed out the effects take a toll on our bodies. Stress pulses through our nerves and can do more damage than good. So in order to eliminate stress remember to exercise and rest well. Mental health is just as important as physical health.


10. Know When To Stop
To stay healthy one must know their own limits. In college students typically have the feeling they have experiences most of life’s offerings when in actuality they have only brushed the surface. With college’s experiences whether it is at parties or in relationships and even school in order to maintain mental health you must know when you need help. By recognizing and receiving help for any topic, academic or not, you will be much better off.
